I was inspired to create Besoo Jewelry by the positive energy of amber, which I first experienced during a trip to Germany. Feeling tired and down, a relative gifted me a yellow amber necklace and encouraged me to wear it. The next day, I was amazed by how energized I felt. She explained that this was the magic of amber. Intrigued, I purchased a collection of amber necklaces and wore them daily. This experience sparked the idea to start a business that shares the elegance and positive energy of amber with others. What is Amber
Amber is a fascinating fossilized resin that originates from ancient and extinct pine trees. These trees produce resin as a natural defense mechanism to heal internal injuries and protect themselves, effectively functioning as their immune system. Over the millennia, this resin undergoes a remarkable transformation, evolving into an organic fossil that we now recognize as amber.
Chemically, amber is composed of an amorphous (non-crystalline) mixture of organic compounds, which includes hydrocarbons, various resins, succinic acid, and natural oils.
