Currently, we only accept online orders for shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. To ensure secure delivery, Besoo Jewelry does not ship orders to post office boxes; however, we can accept post office box addresses for billing purposes.

Shipping charges for addresses within the United States are as follows:

Applicable on all orders below $200. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Available on all orders over $200. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Express Shipping with Signature on Delivery: $0

Available on all orders over $1,000. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery.

Next-Day Delivery: $44.99

Available with or without signature confirmation.

Please note that sales tax and engraving fees do not count toward the total amount for free shipping eligibility.

Return Policy

Besoo Jewelry does not offer returns; however, we do provide exchanges within 5 days from the date you receive your order. The value of the exchanged item must be at least equal to or greater than that of the returned item.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to Besoo Jewelry. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send the new item.
